Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with prior notice. Upon termination, all proprietary materials must be returned or destroyed, and any outstanding fees settled.
Our services are provided on an as-is basis, and we do not warrant the accuracy or effectiveness of the coaching. VisionRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Users acknowledge that coaching does not replace professional legal, medical, or psychological advice. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for specific issues beyond our scope.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ottawa, Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, excluding any other legal venues.

Return Policy Overview
A t VisionRise, our goal is to support your strategic thinking journey by offering flexible return options. If you are not completely satisfied with our coaching services, you may request a return within 14 days of the service delivery date, provided all conditions outlined herein are met. Our approach emphasizes clarity and transparency to foster trust and mutual understanding.

Returns are available only if the coaching session or program was delivered in a manner that does not meet the agreed scope or quality standards. We do not accept returns based on personal preferences unless there is a material deviation from the agreed terms. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the client must submit a formal request within the specified timeframe. The request should include a clear explanation of the reasons for dissatisfaction and any relevant correspondence or evidence. We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually before approval.
Items or services that have been partially used or accessed may not be eligible for return. Additionally, returns are not accepted if the service was completed more than 14 days prior to the request. Our team may ask for additional information or clarification to facilitate the review process.

If the return is approved, a refund or credit equivalent to the original payment will be processed, excluding any applicable administrative fees.
